Bily,

Please get the word out to any cargo pilots in Arizona...

We have the supplies and the infrastrucute out of Houma Louisiana to get food, water, medicine and anything else to New Orleans we just need AIRCRAFT!

Cargo planes or commercial airliners.

My Uncle has a fleet of Crew Boats and Tug boats out of Houma waiting for the word...all we need is transport from Austin to Houma.

Many have tried shipping using 18 wheelers but have been looted on the roads and highways.

Now is the time for all good Air America Pilots to come to the aid of our Nation!

Bush is NOT doing it...so we must.

We have the supplies...we just need crews and planes!

PLEASE get the word out!!!

Peace, Love and Compassion,

Ian

Dit-Dot here. I needed 24 hours to recover before posting. We did some serious celebrating in Austin, the first stop on Cindy's bus tour.

Ok, call me the wayfaring traveler, even though I'm not on foot. I can't stay away from these beautiful people. My intent was to drive to Crawford on Wednesday to say my good-byes, again. Something made me join the caravan from Crawford to Austin. I had already driven 2 hours to Crawford, what's 2 more hours??? Nothing in my book.

The caravan included the Vet's bus, two campers and about 15 cars full of Cindy's supporters.

Cindy met with Congressman Lloyd Doggett at the Capitol and then the bus dropped her off in front of the Capitol with 2,000+ supporters. We walked about 10 blocks down Congress Avenue to City Hall. A very enthusiastic rally ensued.

Then "homeboy" (a/k/a Ian)invited us die-hard RTW, James, Dit-Dot, Whitney, Jeff, etc. to his turf club/bar, Continental Club. We were all treated like rock stars and, needless to say, we drank like them, too! I think James and I finished our last beer about 2:30 a.m., from what I can remember.

My Cooper has become my home away from home. Makes for a good night's sleep, especially if you're over-worked, tired and drunk. Not that I fit into any of the above categories. When I awoke about 6:00 a.m., I had a fleeting thought ... do I follow the Northstar home OR do I head East with the caravan. Seeing that I only had $2.38 pennies in my possession, enough gas to get me 181 miles yet approximately 220 miles to travel ... I headed North with my glass heart (Cindy's heart) in hand. A new job was my priority at that moment. Amazingly, I made it to my front door without a sputter. Don't ask my how, all I know is that someone or something got me home and it was more than precious fuel. Miracles continue to follow me.

All the way home, I played this Cold Play song, Yellow, over and over, with Cindy in mind:

Look at the stars,
Look how they shine for you,
And everything you do,
Yeah, they were all yellow.

I came along,
I wrote a song for you,
And all the things you do,
And it was called "Yellow."

So then I took my turn,
Oh what a thing to have done,
And it was all "Yellow."

Your skin
Oh yeah, your skin and bones,
Turn into something beautiful,
You know, you know I love you so,
You know I love you so.

I swam across,
I jumped across for you,
Oh what a thing to do.

Cos you were all "Yellow,"
I drew a line,
I drew a line for you,
Oh what a thing to do,
And it was all "Yellow."

Your skin,
Oh yeah your skin and bones,
Turn into something beautiful,
And you know for you,
I'd bleed myself dry for you,
I'd bleed myself dry.

It's true, look how they shine for you,
Look how they shine for you,
Look how they shine for,
Look how they shine for you,
Look how they shine for you,
Look how they shine.

Look at the stars,
Look how they shine for you,
And all the things that you do
